kichidi



kichiri/kichidi/కిచిడి
Ingredients:
Table rice 1 cup.
Bengal gram 1 cup fried and split.
Coconut 1
Ghee 1 tbsp
Cloves 3
Cardamom 5

Instructions:
Cook rice and gram together in milk of one coconut.
Add cloves and cardamom.
When about to remove from fire add ghee.
Serve with pickles.
